Chamomile Tea Recipe

Drying chamomile flowers on wire wrapped moonstone to create chamomile tea.
Chamomile tea has been used for many centuries as a calming flower. It is said that a cup of chamomile tea before bed will help prevent nightmares.

Recipe for chamomile tea:
What you will need
  • freshly picked chamomile flowers
  • glass jar
  • moonstone
  • bamboo wooden spoon
  • tea strainer
  • honey
First you will need to dry your flowers. You should rinse your chamomile flowers off with spring water before setting them out to dry.
Once you are done cleansing the flowers, you can let them air dry by setting them on top of your favorite book, nightstand etc.
I’m always infusing flowers with the essence of crystals and stones and vice versa. I laid out my favorite piece of moonstone on my vintage lace fabric to dry. I also made sure the chamomile was in direct sunlight to receive the suns energy.
