Crystal Circle

Often energies that you encounter throughput your working day have a tendency to embed themselves into your energy field, and can sometimes be the cause of health problems. This spell will help clear yourself of any unwanted energies. Perform it at the end of your workday at a time when you are ready to relax.
You will need:

• your favorite gemstone

Begin by sitting back in your favorite chair with your favorite stone cupped in your power hand. Close your eyes and imagine a clear stream of water. When the image is firmly in your mind, pulse your breath sharply out your nose, and imagine sending the image to the stone with your exhaled breath. Do this three times, next imagine something healing, and once again send the image into the stone by pulsing your breath out your nose. Do this three times. Now imagine that you are in a circle of healing stones. Your entire being bathed in a healing light that moves both inward and outward. Move through the various experiences of your day by first bringing them into focus, thinking about them for a moment or two, and then release these images into the healing light. This healing light neutralizes these images. Imagine yourself bathing in the healing light. Finish by breathing three times and closing the circle until next time you need to be bathed in the healing light.
