My fascination with flowers is ever growing... I have been collecting plants and flowers since I was a young girl. The first thing I've ever planted, was a blush pink rose bush in my front yard. I was in complete awe when the first buds sprouted. I took a pair of gardening scissors outside and cut off a few roses. I decided to make rose water because I was obsessed with the scent that roses produced. Once I was done making the rose water, I would use the left of petals as book marks. Over the days, the flowers would dry up... There is an art to drying flowers; it's something that is personal and sacred to the souls who have forests growing in their hearts. It truly is a lovely and cathartic hobby. Please find something that makes your heart happy and pursue it until you physically can't anymore.
