Happy first day of autumn! Today also marks the one year anniversary of me opening up my etsy shop and actively pursuing my dreams. It's been a whirlwind of emotions and tons of perseverance... Autumn has always been my favorite season. From the changing colors of the leaves- to the light breeze in the air. It is a very calming time for me. Reminding me that life is a cycle of birth, death and rebirth. Let go of your fears and worries. Embrace the change, do not fear it. The old must be released so that the new can enter. This is my main aesthetic behind my creative endeavors; to use organic items to embrace the cycles of birth, death and rebirth. To turn something that was once considered ugly, scary dark, and dead into something beautiful, soothing, full of light and lively. / rant over.
