Balancing Your Seventh Chakra

Located at the top of your head and referred to as your crown chakra, your seventh chakra is your connection to your spiritual self and your overall connection to the divine. This is also the area where your soul enters and leaves your physical body. By balancing this chakra, you can positively influence your entire being- physical, mental, and spiritual.
You will need:

• A white candle
• A piece of clear quartz (that has been cleared of any unwanted negative energy).

Begin by lighting the candle and dedicating it to the goddess or god of your choice by saying:
Oh great and divine one, Let your light flow through me. So be it! Blessed be!
Next hold the crystal in your power hand and place it on the top of your head. Take a deep breath in and out, imagine lots of white light moving in and out of your seventh chakra. Feel the power of the divine energy pulsating through your chakra and then into your entire body. Feel your immortal spirit as it meets your mortal self, and see how the two interact and affect the whole of who you are.

Continue to breathe the white light in and out of the top of your head, and imagine your seventh chakra completely balanced and in harmony with the universe.
